Price Variation:
The prices offered are based on present day cost of various components, raw materials, wages etc. and if there is any revision in prices of any of these items prices will be adjusted accordingly by Manufacturer.
Taxes:
GST 18% extra is applicable. Any revision in Govt. levies, duties, taxes will be applicable as on date of delivery and same will be borne by Purchaser.
Delivery:
6-8 weeks from date of receipt of technically and commercially clea r order along with advance payment. The delivery is offered in good faith and subject to normal availability of raw material, components, etc. Subject to their intermediary sales, prior to receipt of Purchaser’s order, government control and force-de-majeure clause, and excluding liquidated damages or penalty. Order confirmed once cannot be changed or cancelled.
Payment Terms:
50% of the values of order as an interest free non refundable advance along with order by way of demand draft / At par cheque / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS in our favor and payable at any scheduled bank in Khatauli or ICICI Bank, Khatauli G.T Road Near ghanta ghar road Branch, and the balance against Performa Invoice Prior to dispatch.
Dispatch:
Delivery from Ali Enterprises, Near Nahariya Dharm Kanta Budhana Road Khatauli Muzaffarnagar UP 251201. Damage or Loss during transportation will be Purchaser’s responsibility.
Insurance:
Transit Insurance to be arranged by the Purchaser
Validity:
Unless stated otherwise, or extended in writing subsequent to submission of offer, Manufacturer’s offer shall remain valid for acceptance for 30 days only from the offer date.
Inspection:
the If required, inspection will have to be carried out at Seller’s works by Purchaser’s authorized representative at purchaser’s cost within 15 days of dispatch of the material. If inspection is not carried out within 15 days of intimation, Seller shall consider that inspection is waived and seller can d ispatch the goods and submit Performa invoice for balance payment. Manufacturer can carry on only no load test at our works and only visual inspection shall be allowed.
Erection & Commissioning:
Erection & Commissioning shall be done under the supervision of ALI ENERPRISES. Customer has to provide lodging and boarding and local conveyance to our engineer. Additional man-days shall be charged at Rs.1500/- per man-day and to & fro charges shall be extra at actual. The tools and tackles like crane, welding equipment and other accessories and the skilled /unskilled manpower shall be provided by the customer.
Warranty:
Manufacturers are providing warranty of components such as Gear Box etc. Only as provided by the original manufactures/sellers and it is expressly understood that our liability for the same shall be confined
NOTE
To that extent only. Our supply shall carry a warranty for a period of Twelve months from the date of dispatch and shall cover free replacement due to defective material, faulty design, or inferior workmanship. Warranty excluded our liability due to improper handling; storage, faulty operation, overload and normal wear and tear. Warranty does not cover fabrication work. Warranty voids if repair is carried out without our prior approval. Manufacturer will not be responsible for any consequential damages or liabilities. Jurisdiction: Subject to Muzaffar Nagar Jurisdiction Only.
